Mission-Critical Communication: Leadership Lessons from the Air Force That Strengthen Design Project

Drawing on principles developed during a 20-year career as a United States Air Force officer and applied within residential renovation projects, participants will examine practical approaches to communicating with clarity, building trust, managing expectations, and leading difficult conversations.
