Stacey Breezeel

Co-Owner, Lead Interior DesignerShine Interior Design Studio

Stacey Breezeel is the co-founder of Shine Interior Design Studio and an NCIDQ-certified, LEED AP interior designer with a passion for collaboration, thoughtful planning, and creating spaces that serve people well. Originally from Texas, Stacey has called Arkansas home since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Harding University in 2009, became a LEED Accredited Professional, and obtained her NCIDQ licensure in 2011.

Before launching her own interior design practice in 2012, Stacey gained valuable experience working alongside architectural design teams across the United States. Those early years shaped her appreciation for the full design and construction process, as well as the importance of clear communication between designers, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and clients.

In 2019, Stacey partnered with Natalie Biles to establish Shine Interior Design Studio, combining their complementary strengths to build a firm rooted in design excellence, wellness, and meaningful client relationships. Stacey’s leadership is especially evident in Shine’s commercial and mixed-use work, where she brings together elements of workplace, hospitality, and residential design to create spaces that are both functional and memorable.

Stacey enjoys every layer of the design process, from material selection and construction documents to on-site coordination and project management. She believes strong collaboration leads to better design outcomes, smoother project execution, and spaces that feel uniquely tailored to each client’s needs. Her project portfolio reflects a vibrant mix of environments, with an emphasis on commercial development projects that embrace the unexpected, foster connection, and support the people who use them every day.

Beyond her project work, Stacey is an active member of ASID and remains connected to Harding University’s design community. She has served as Chair of Awards and Recognition for ASID, enjoys mentoring students and supporting fellow professionals, and continues to contribute to the broader design community through leadership and education. Her expertise has also been recognized through industry opportunities and honors, including being named a Little Rock Soirée Women to Watch honoree in 2026 and speaking on a NEXTStage panel at KBIS.

Outside the studio, Stacey loves exploring new coffee shops, spending time with her family, and traveling whenever she can. She is married to her college best friend, Justin Breezeel, and loves life with their daughter, Emery.
