Owner, Lead DesignerShine Interior Design Studio

Natalie Biles is the founder and co-owner of Shine Interior Design Studio, a nationally recognized interior design firm based in Lonoke, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Interior Design degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2004 and became NCIDQ certified in 2007. After beginning her career in residential design, Natalie launched her own design business in 2009, eventually growing it from freelance projects and small creative ventures into a full-service interior design studio.

In 2019, Natalie partnered with Stacey Breezeel to formally establish Shine Interior Design Studio, expanding the firm’s work across residential new construction, renovations, boutique commercial, and hospitality projects. Today, Shine is known for its thoughtful approach to design excellence, health, sustainability, and creating spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle, story, and sense of well-being.

Natalie’s leadership style is rooted in big-picture vision, encouragement, and strategic growth. She is passionate about helping both clients and designers imagine bold possibilities while creating practical systems that support meaningful, sustainable success. Her interest in the business side of design has become an important part of her professional voice, particularly in the areas of positioning, client experience, pricing, team leadership, and building a design practice without burnout. She currently serves as Chair of the ASID National Business Management Committee, where she contributes to conversations and resources that support interior designers in the growth and management of their firms.

Under Natalie and Stacey’s leadership, Shine Interior Design Studio has received multiple regional Excellence in Design Awards and is an ASID Focus National Award. Their expertise and work have been featured in local and national publications, including At Home in Arkansas, About You Magazine, Little Rock Soirée, Martha Stewart, Forbes.com, Southern Living, and Yahoo Life. Shine has also gained recognition for its focus on health and wellness in home design, an area Natalie sees as essential to the future of interiors.

Natalie lives in her hometown of Lonoke, Arkansas, with her husband, Ryan, and their three boys. She finds inspiration in family road trips, small towns, meaningful places, and the everyday rhythms of life. Her work is shaped by a belief that beautiful spaces should support real life — creating room for wellness, connection, creativity, and rest.
