Katie Gutierrez

Katie Gutierrez is a licensed interior designer and the founder of Errez Interior Design, a Miami-based firm she has led for the past 16 years. With a Master’s degree in Architecture, Katie brings a rare blend of technical expertise and creative vision to every project. Her award-winning work has been published in leading design outlets and recognized with prestigious honors, including Interior Design Firm of the Year by the Real Estate Development Awards. 

In addition to her design practice, Katie is the owner of Maison Mischief, a retail store offering colorful accent furniture and curated home accessories that embody youthful luxury and playful sophistication. The store represents her belief that life is joyfully colorful and so should interiors be.
