With a background that blends creative direction, product innovation, and strategic marketing, Elle’s career spans leadership roles with top brands like Delta Faucet Company and the NKBA, as well as founding her own firm, Xperience LLC Designs.

A former HGTV Design Star and trusted consultant to manufacturers and medical professionals alike, Elle specializes in designing spaces that promote dignity, autonomy, and wellness—especially for neurodiverse, aging-in-place, and luxury clientele. She is the recipient of the 2025 NKBA Communications Chair of the Year award and frequently lectures on how thoughtful design leaves behind more than style—it leaves a legacy.
