Amanda Greaves

Amanda Greaves has been part of the design and construction industries for over 25 years. The last 14 of them as the owner and lead designer of a successful, award-winning interior design firm. She knows what it means to run a client-facing business, manage a team, hold a multiple projects together, and make (almost) every significant decision alone.

In 2022, she made a deliberate pivot from designing spaces, to designing the people who live and function within them. As the founder of tAGg, The Amanda Greaves Group, she now works with entrepreneurs, firm owners, and design and construction professionals as an empowerment coach, transformational speaker, and business strategist. Her frameworks are built from the inside out on  clarity, alignment, and decision-making infrastructures that maintain purpose under pressure, and integrity over impulse.

The Virtual Board of Directors methodology was not developed for a course. It was built for her own business out of necessity. When Amanda realized she was the smartest person in her own room and it was becoming a problem, she saw a need for strategic improvement and built her own Virtual Board. She tested it, refined it, and ran her business through it before she ever taught it to anyone else. What participants experience in this session is not a concept. It is a working system.

Amanda is the author of The Chameleon Diaries: Designing a Life Worth Changing For, part memoir, part self-discovery guide; and she has spent the last three years developing AI-integrated coaching tools that bridge the gap between personal alignment and business performance.

She brings to every room what two decades in the trades taught her: that the most important system in any business is the one that governs how decisions get made. Amanda has spent the last four years making sure that no one has to figure out those systems alone. And that isn't a philosophy for her, it's the work she loves to share and bring to others.
