After a flourishing career in the Middle East, Nasser made a pivotal move to Canada in 2012, leading international market development and pioneering new events for Informa Exhibitions, the world's largest trade show organizer with a global footprint spanning 6 continents. In early 2017, Nasser established THE EXPO HUT in Toronto, offering his specialized knowledge to major exhibition organizers in North America. He conceptualized the creation of a trade platform for the Halal lifestyle industry in North America, aimed at elevating standards and fostering awareness of Muslim livelihoods in Canada through his adept organization of professional trade shows. Presently, Nasser is focused on launching Halal Expo Philippines in November 2024, with DTI as a strategic principal partner. A graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi in marketing management, Nasser is Certified in Exhibition Management by IAEE –USA (International Association of Exhibitions and Events). In recognition of his significant contributions, Nasser Deeb was honored as one of Canada's most influential event professionals by BIZBASH in 2021. |
