Andrew Forlines

Andrew Forlines has had a varied and intriguingly specific career path that has brought him to his current role as an appliance technology nerd and luxury retailer consultant.

Starting as a chef’s apprentice at a five-star resort learning under international fine dining chefs he worked his way through and up the ranks in classical french cuisine and modernist gastronomy restaurants. His experience with food science and precision cooking techniques sparked an interest in appliance technology.

This led him to work in luxury kitchen appliance retail showrooms teaching homeowners, designers, and builders about modern kitchen appliances. 

He now works with governmental agencies to incentivize homeowners and food service operations to reduce carbon emissions and electrify when and where possible.

He knows his work is very niche and that he inhabits the center of a venn diagram of disparate fields.  He just rolls with it.
