Selim Perek is a seasoned international businessman with high integrity, result oriented and passionate leader with over 25 years of experience in developing new markets in the areas of Food, Construction and Fashion through import and export activities particularly from Turkey and North America.
In 2012 and after a long and successful career in the International Trade, Selim decided to move to Toronto to make Canada as his new home for him and his family. Immediately after settling in Canada, Selim launched successfully in few years well known Turkish Brands into the North American which led to tremendous market expansion into the Americas. Based on the wealth of international trade experience and global market resources, Selim poses, he joined the team of Halal Expo Canada as a consultant in Mid 2018 to develop the Turkey market and increase the presence of Halal Turkish products in Canada through our trade show platform, Halal Expo Canada 2019. Selim is a graduate of Economic and Finance from the University of Marmara in Turkey. |
