  • Ceramic and stone tiles are beautiful and durable surface coverings, but today’s construction environment presents a variety of unique installation challenges. This NON-PROPRIETARY Seminar will look at the history of tile installation and address both traditional methods and new technology. Topics that will be covered will include tile membrane advancements, movement accommodation, and controversial issues such as mold and questionable shower assemblies. TCA Handbook details will be discussed.

  • IDC’s popular Industry Sales Professionals Course (ISPC) series is going virtual with limited “in-person“ attendance at the Kitchen + Bath Expo. Register today for this course, tailored exclusively to meet the needs of architecture and design industry sales professionals. This practically-oriented course will feature a Q & A session with a panel of registered interior designers for the Interior Design residential sector.
  • During the Q & A session “Residential Panel”, hear from senior interior designers about what they need from sales professionals, and how best to go about working with them in order to become a trusted resource.  Learn about this unique design sector, and the expectations of designers. Additionally, the panel addresses post-COVID-19 industry, and how firms are working, particularly with Industry partners.
  • A certificate of completion will be issued to all Industry registrants in attendance for the panel.
